Soaring Aloft
There are days when the crown wears heavy; days when the stone walls seem to crush me and I long to wander again in the wilds.
Then I look at my Queen. I strove to win my kingdom to have her beside me; to know the touch of her gentle hands and lips, to see her smile.
Ever since I first beheld her, my heart was hers. The perils I faced, the wanderings and hardships, I enjured them all for her.
My burdens are light if borne with Arwen at my side. Together our hearts soar aloft on eagle’s wings!
