Very pretty! We're way behind on our blooms this year. :( Last year at this time my trees looked about like that and I noticed today that they are just now starting to open. None of my tulips have opened up yet either so those are really late too!

Thank you. The tulips are out here too and the daffodils almost over.

Blossom against a bright sky is so beautiful. I hope you don't get the strong wind we've had to blow it way.

It is indeed. I'll keep my fingers crossed about the wind as we often get high winds in April!

I would really miss British seasons if I ever moved Country. Spring is in full blossom, even in London. It is also interesting to see how much difference 90 miles makes. Mum and Dad seem to be about a week behind. But the bluebells are in full leaf so my favourite wood is about to become a carpet of blue/lilac! :)

I love the changing seasons too. I'm in the North West and the bluebells are only just starting to bud.

I'm happy to have inspired a trend! The more White Trees the better! :)

I'm also happy the cherries tasted good... do you get enough off the tree to make pies? I've never had any kind of fruit tree like that. I'd think it'd be marvelous to be able to go to your garden and just pluck a bunch of fruit and create something delicious. :)

I'm afraid I'm a dreadful cook, but I guess you could make a pie with them.I'm hoping to get someone to help me collect more this year,as last year my cleaning lady(A good friend)and I managed to reach a large bowlful.

My ancient apple trees, which were mature and bearing fruit in 1926,yielded about 35lb of apples last autumn!

My "white tree" (a magnolia) is only starting out at the moment. But maybe I'll take a picture when it's in full bloom. Then we can compare our white trees:)

Oh wow, so you're having a real spring! Our trees are nowhere near blooming, I'm afraid...though I have weird preferences, as I like them most a day before the actual flowers appear. :)

A great White Tree, anyway! :)
